Welcome to La Villa Roche Blanche, in Saint-Restitut, in this small semi-detached villa with no overlooking neighbours, located in a quiet, tree-lined residential area. Ideal for a family or two couples, this comfortable and well-equipped house welcomes 4 to 6 people for peaceful holidays in the heart of Provençal Drôme.



The house of approximately 110m² over 2 levels includes:



• Ground floor:

o A climate-controlled, bright and open living space: lounge, equipped kitchen and dining area (Nespresso coffee machine)

o A comfortable first bedroom with Queen size bed

o A bathroom with WC



• On the upper floor:

o A large air-conditioned bedroom with King size bed + sofa bed – perfect for families with children

o A bathroom with toilet

• A discreet path leads to the private 8m x 4m swimming pool, fenced and secured by roller shutter
