A l'arrivée, le radiateur principal ne fonctionnait pas, le réfrigérateur n'était pas en marche, la propreté de la vaisselle n'avait pas été vérifié . Le salpêtre à la tête du lit n'avait pas été aspiré. Poussière par ici et par là! A part le thé et le kf dans le placard, on se demande si l'agence attendait un client!!!!
