This beautiful, bright, fully-renovated 58m2 apartment is ideally located in the centre of St Raphaël, 7 minutes' walk from the TGV station and Fréjus beach, and close to all shops and amenities (Supermarket + bakeries and other shops less than 2 minutes' walk away). The flat has secure, enclosed parking and all the comforts you need for a great holiday (washing machine, oven, microwave, towel dryer, toaster, television, air conditioning, dishwasher, etc.). It has three real beds and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Located on the 4th floor without a lift (access via an internal staircase), you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the Roquebrune rock, the roofs of the old town of St Raphaël and the cathedral. The flat comprises a living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate WC and a small balcony. All linen and towels can be provided on request. Nice apartment in good location
The apartment was nicely furbished, clean and tidy, and was situated within a few minutes walk from the town centre as well as the beaches, while in a very quiet area near a boulangerie and a supermarket. Both the owner and the host couple were very friendly and helpful. The wifi worked fine, and the kitchen was well equipped. However, we didn't use the dishwasher since it was awkwardly placed under the sink. The air-conditioner was not of the newest model, but worked fine to keep the living room and the partitioned bedroom cool. We would happily return to this apartment.

Tout s’est bien passé, l’appartement est bien situé, choix d’aller a la plage de saint raphael ou de frejus, la personne qui nous accueilli esttres sympas, les 4 etages sans ascenseurs ne nous ont pas fait peur.

Leider waren die Küchenmöbel mit einem Fettfilm überzogen. In der Waschmaschine war noch Wäsche vom Vorgänger. Keine Tür schloss richtig. Das WC ist noch ursprünglich.
Für die Abreise um morgens 7 Uhr sollte 30€ bezahlt werden.
Die Lage ist optimal.

Bien mais peux êtres BEAUCOUP mieux
Dans l'ensemble tout etait bon, par contre chose importantes a préciser pour les futurs locataires, 4 ETAGES SANS ASCENSEUR ! Il serait bien de le préciser je pense. Le logement était pas très propre .. caleçons qui se promène sur la bordure de la fenêtre, alcool au sol .. 65€ de nettoyage pour refaire le ménage c'est très moyen. Mais dans l'ensemble l'appartement est spacieux, proximités de tout, plage, commerces et marchés de nuit.

Je vous le recommande à 1000%
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement se situe à 20min de la gare, 10min des commerces (intermaché, aldi, boulangerie, tabac/presse...) et 15 min des différentes plages de saint raphaël ou de Fréjus, que demander de plus pour des personnes sans voiture.
Les prestations de la location sont conformes à la description et aux photos.
Nous pensons même y retourner la saison prochaine.
Même si nous n'avons qu'échanger par sms, je trouve le propriétaire fort sympathique et à l'écoute de ses vacataires. Ainsi que la personne de la conciergerie qui gérait pour lui les échanges de clés et autres soucis sur place.
