Homecalm presents a bright apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideal for a family holiday, a stay with friends or a couple with children. Located in a quiet seafront residence, you can enjoy both views of the Mediterranean and the Estérel massif, while being just a few minutes’ walk from the beaches, restaurants and activities.

🏡 The apartment

The apartment offers a comfortable space for 4 people:
a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and a view over the Estérel mountains, for peaceful nights,
a living room with sea view, furnished with two convertible sofa beds (140 cm mattresses), which can accommodate one or two children or a second couple,
a modern and functional shower room with WC,
a large terrace with dining table and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the sun, the sea view and breakfasts or aperitifs outdoors.
The fitted kitchen (appliances, crockery and utensils) allows you to easily prepare meals at home if you wish.

🌴 Residence, pool & outdoor areas

The apartment is located in a quiet seafront residence, with:
a secure shared pool, ideal for cooling off after the beach,
a private parking space within the residence, for easy and safe parking,
a tennis court nearby, to vary the activities.

The large terrace is a real extension of the living room: you can enjoy your morning coffee there, relax on the sun loungers, and make the most of the evening light with views of the sea and surrounding hills.

🌍 Surroundings & activities

The apartment is ideally located in a seafront domain in Agay, with:
beaches and coves within walking distance,
a lively seafront with beach restaurants, bars, private beaches and water activities (paddle, kayak, diving, jet-ski, boat trips),
hiking trails, mountain bike routes and buggy rides in the Estérel massif, a protected natural area with spectacular viewpoints.

Approximate driving times:
15 minutes to Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus,
35 minutes to Mandelieu and Cannes,
45 minutes to Nice Airport,
1 hour to Saint-Tropez via the coastal road or by boat from nearby ports.

It is an ideal starting point to explore the whole French Riviera: sea, villages, marinas, Provençal markets and hikes in the Estérel.

🛎️ Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and its terrace during their stay.
They also have access to the shared areas of the residence: pool, outdoor spaces and parking.
Keys are handed over in person from 4 p.m. at the property address.

🧺 Linen & extra charges

Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 6 nights or more.
For shorter stays, linen can be provided as an optional extra, with a supplement and on request.

To make your arrival easier, online check-in will be requested via a link sent after your booking is confirmed.
You will also receive a digital welcome booklet, available throughout your stay, with:
arrival instructions,
information on how everything works in the apartment,
tips and recommended addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities),
and many ideas to help you make the most of Agay, the Estérel, Cannes, Nice and the French Riviera.

🔐 Security deposit & tourist tax

A credit card pre-authorisation (security deposit) may be requested at the time of booking, depending on the platform used.
The amount of the tourist tax may vary depending on the booking platform and will, where applicable, be requested in addition.
