Lovely, Character property

Beautiful character property situated outside the village and so a short drive to the local bakery shops and about a 5 minute drive from a large Carrefour. the property is approximately 20 minutes from the beaches of Biarritz, with a fantastic swimming pool, which also has an outside shower. We brought inflatables with us so that and the table tennis provided a lot of fun. Owner communicates quickly by email with good English. We were required to sign a contract, that I have never been asked to do before, but it was all smooth. Usually a cheque is required on arrival whereas we agreed cash and this was promptly returned on the morning of departure. I only gave a 4 for the checkin process as a neighbour/friend greeted us who spoke no more English than we did French and when I called her on arrival, we weren't sure she had understood us. We all muddled through , although we weren't aware of the robot that cleans the pool daily- thankfully the owner responded very quickly by text when we messaged her about it and she showed us and sorted it out. A Lovely, relaxing holiday. Note you are not allowed to play the piano that is shown.

Great house with lovely view

Big lovely old house - lovely view with a lovely garden. Big spacious house with everything you need. About 20 mins from the beach but we were happy to have a big space with lovely pool and garden because of this.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war sehr komfortabel und hatte genug Platz für unsere große Familie. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin funktionierte reibungslos, und wir fühlten uns jederzeit gut informiert. Auch die Übergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise war problemlos und freundlich. Der Pool war groß und schön tief, das Wasser nicht gechlort, sondern mit Salz aufbereitet - sehr angenehm! Haus und Garten waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen.

Vaste villa agréable et bien située

St Pierre près de Bayonne permet de rayonner facilement dans tout le pays basque. L'autoroute est à deux pas. Très bon contact avec la dame qui accueille et la propriétaire. La piscine de bonne taille est un point fort. La maison chargée de son histoire à beaucoup de cachet. L'espace extérieur est agréable pour les repas.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !

La maison est très spacieuse, et notamment les chambres sont très grandes et confortables. Le jardin très fleuri est très agréable et la piscine est magnifique. Tout cela nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région ! Un point particulier : la cote impressionnante qui permet de manger les très bonnes chocolatines de la boulangerie centre-ville sans scrupules... et qui garantit une vue dégagée sur les montagnes environnantes ! Je finirai avec une mention particulière à la propriétaire qui a toujours répondu très rapidement et s'est montrée très disponible, et qui nous a assuré un accueil très agréable et très souple ! Merci beaucoup !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette grande et belle maison, spacieuse, joliment meublée, confortable et bien située pour visiter le Pays Basque. Nous étions 6 et nous avions largement de la place ! La piscine, à quelques mètres de la maison, a eu d'autant plus de succès qu'il faisait très chaud l'après-midi. Nous y avons passé de très bons moments rafraichissants après les excursions du matin. La terrasse était également très agréable pour dîner à l'extérieur en soirée. Jacotte nous a très bien accueillis et nous a donné toutes les informations utiles. Nous recommandons cette location !

Une belle maison de vacances

Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille dans cette grande maison basque : fonctionnelle, bien décorée, cuisine équipée, piano disponible, grands volumes, proximité des lieux de randonnée, et aussi des villages basques. Nous avons été déçu par le manque d'entretien des extérieurs. Globalement, et compte tenu du prix pratiqué, certains points sont à reconsidérer comme la qualité des literies par exemple.

Superbe maison à proximité de tout

Idéale pour les vacances, cette belle maison dispose de grands espaces à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur pour toute la famille, pour tous les âges! Propriétaires très disponibles, joignables et sympathiques! Idéalement située pour pouvoir visiter les environs: Bayonne, Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, l'Espagne... Egalement très bien située pour faire des courses (hypermarché et centre commercial à 5min en voiture environ), tout en restant au calme, sans entendre les voitures! Un très beau séjour!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison ! Elle est grande, confortable, bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Le jardin est très agréable et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, la plancha et la table de Ping Pong ! L’accueil a également été au top ! Bref, la maison est idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, vous ne serez pas déçus !
