The living room opens onto a covered terrace of 13 m2, not overlooked, facing south, where you can take your meals and enjoy the sun and nature.

All local services are within a 5 to 10 minute walk, post office, library, bakery, pharmacy, bar-tabac, Center Leclerc and on Thursday and Sunday morning the Quintaou market.
A few minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car you will reach the shopping centers, Casino, BAB2 and its shopping malls as well as several major brands and cinemas.

La location a été faite par défaut. Le logement est propre et confortable et les propriétaires sont venus à notre rencontre pour indiquer le chemin. Le bémol : loin de tout ( commerces et mer) et la voiture est absolument indispensable.

Nous avons très bien été reçu. Les propriétaires nous ont donné des informations utiles sur la région et environs. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec la serrure de la porte coulissante du balcon, avons appelé la propriétaire qui a immédiatement réagi et quelques heures plus tard tout était réglé. L‘endroit est très calme, toutes l’es commodité dans l‘appartement et place de parking privée ce qui est très apprécié. Compte-tenu de notre expérience nous pouvons sans autre recommander cette location.
