Ideally located 5 minutes on foot from the large beach in Saint-Philibert, this vast house is perfect for family gatherings and stays with friends. Equipped with accommodation for 15 people, it has its own tennis court. Not to be missed.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it has maintained a vintage look and cannot be considered a modern house. Comfortable and spacious, it offers a small sea view.
This house is arranged over two levels. The Ground Floor includes a vast living room-dining room, a kitchen and its back kitchen, an entrance hall, a vestibule, a master suite (a bedroom + a water room) and toilets.
The first floor consists of six bedrooms, two bathrooms, a water room and two toilets.
Here, everyone has their own space and the outdoor areas, consisting of an enclosed garden, a terrace and a tennis court, form an appreciated complement to life.

Une belle semaine en famille dans une maison adaptée pour 14 personnes, spacieuse et bien insonorisée, avec un emplacement idéal pour que chacun puisse aller à la plage, à l école de voile, se balader ou faire du tennis en autonomie et à pied ! On recommande. Bcp d activités à proximité et une côte magnifique !
