Two old houses renovated into a large gîte located on the owners' dairy farm, near another gîte. The 400 m² enclosed garden has a terrace. A spa is available upon reservation in a building opposite the gîte (supplement: €10/person/hour).
On one level: living room with sofa bed (140x190), living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed (90x190), 2-3: 2 single beds (90x190), 4: 1 single bed (140x190), 2 shower rooms, and 2 separate toilets.
Additional amenities: freezer, complete baby equipment, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi access, and a second refrigerator.
Not included: electric heating, electricity (20 kW/day included), bed linens, towels/household linens, and tourist tax. A mandatory cleaning fee is available for business customers (€90). Pornic is 18 km away.
