Accessible from the village by 7 km of tarmac road then 3 km of passable stone mountain track (see with the owners). On 3 levels. On the ground floor: living room, kitchen and pantry, 1 bedroom with access to balcony-terrace (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 single bed 90x190 cm - height less than 1.80 m in places due to the beams), bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet). An adventure worth earning, accessible after 3 km of mountain track suitable for motorized vehicles by seasoned drivers, or on foot for the more adventurous. Enjoy an immersion in the heart of the Val d'Arly in Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle, starting with a peaceful hike on the Carrés loop, directly accessible on foot from your address: an easy route offering spectacular views of Mont-Blanc and the surrounding mountain pastures. The village, both typical and preserved, invites you to discover its heritage with its listed baroque church, its traditional farms and its picturesque streets. In summer, the proximity to the leisure center of the Flumet lake allows swimming, children's games, while you can reach the Notre-Dame de Bellecombe resort 6km from the village center, or Crest-Voland 8km, Megève 12km, Praz-sur-Arly 7.2km or La Clusaz 21km for a variety of activities such as paragliding, alpine markets, summer tobogganing or mountain gastronomy. This peaceful setting, between nature, traditions and exceptional panoramas, allows you to fully enjoy the richness of a mountain stay.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player.
