Alpine chalet typical of 1791 chartered "Gîte de caractère" & labeled "Tourism & Handicap" renovated 1 km from the slopes of the vast ski area Espace Diamant. Very quiet residential hamlet nestled in a superb setting preserved prairie natural & forests. Exposed southern slope. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Ultra cozy. Lots of charm. Large terrace. Nice field. Splendid view over the massif. Superb charming cottage approved "Gîte de Caractère" & labeled "Tourism and Handicap" nestled in a traditional alpine chalet from 1791 renovated 1 km from the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant area (190 km of slopes). Les Saisies Olympic resort and its world-renowned "Nordic" area 8 km away (cross-country skiing). Splendid unspoiled natural setting: mountainous prairie circus facing the slopes. Ideally located to radiate winter and summer (hiking, cycling, alpine and Nordic skiing) on different massifs & territories (Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Aravis, Mont-Blanc...). Close to the famous resorts of Megève, La Clusaz and Chamonix! Possibility to rent the two gites of the chalet for an overall capacity of 12 people. Ideal for an ultra-comfortable "cocooning" stay, with family or tribe!
