House located in the city center of St. Nazaire, 1.8 km from the seafront and the Escal'Atlantic site. The gîte is on the first floor of the owners' house (excellent soundproofing). Shared 100 m² south-west facing terrace. Free public parking 100 m away.

It comprises a living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms accessible by one step, each with a private shower room/WC (1: two 80x200 cm beds, 2 and 3: 160x200 cm bed).

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, high chair/cot, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Included: air-source heat pump heating, electricity, bed linen (beds made upon arrival), and towels. Not included: tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee (€65) for business clients.

Gîte moderne, sécurisé et tout confort, à quelques minutes du marché couvert et de tous commerces à Saint Nazaire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et profité de la ville et de ses alentours (Saint Brevin, Pornic, Pornichet, Le Croisic...). Merci aux propiétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.
