Beautiful little house with private garden, near beach and countryside. Quiet rental

Small independent house completely renovated, two rooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and wc. Terrace and small private garden with outdoor table and sun beds, parking for one car. Very calm environment, near the beaches of Saint-Marc, Pornichet, La Baule. Shopping center (Océanis) at 2 km. Bus stop at 300M. The accommodation is located on a country road where we are neighbors with two organic farms which sell various fresh products. Lidl store just over 1 km away. Jaunais beach at 1400m.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Our recent stay

Considering the property has been renovated, it appeared scruffy in places. The shower was dirty round the edges and had poor floor tiles. The picture of the garden needs updating as no sun shade was offered as the picture shows and plants overgrown.
