This spacious accommodation is located in a quiet hamlet by the sea, 1.3 km from Utah Beach Golf Course, just a few steps away from the nearest beach, Les Gougins. On the ground floor, you'll find two main living rooms, a dining area with an open kitchen, and two bedrooms. An entrance hallway, a shower room with toilet, as well as a washing machine and a dryer, are also at your disposal.

Upstairs, two large bedrooms are present, each with an additional small bed, one overlooking the entrance of our house with a slight view of the sea, and the other overlooking the garden side offering a view of the Cotentin marshes and the garden. In between, there is a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and toilet, as well as a small reading and games room for children.

ATTENTION: There are 4 bedrooms and a garage in this property, of which the garage is closed and not accessible to guests during your stay. Parking places are free outside and inside of the property.
Bicycles are available for free use.
Please indicate your preference for the rooms on the ground floor or upstairs so we can prepare your stay accordingly. Of course, the property is entirely for your enjoyment during your rental.

Ce gîte est incroyable et très vivant, il a l’âme de sa propriétaire, Cate, que nous remercions chaleureusement pour nous avoir laissé en profiter pendant une semaine. Elle a su aménager ce lieu avec beaucoup de gout et cela se ressent.Non seulement la maison est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, mais s’y trouvent pleins d’objets et de tableaux atypiques. La maison est chaleureuse et la literie est très agréable.Mais c’est sans compter sur la luxuriance du jardin, ce qui est plutôt rare dans cette partie du Cotentin, apportant fraîcheur et sensation de bien être zen, avec des petits coins cosy et des salons de jardins à plusieurs endroits. Vous pouvez changer d’ambiance à volonté. Le spa très grand est un atout supplémentaire. Merci pour cette incroyable découverte.

Lieu magnifique au-delà de nos attentes digne d'un 5 étoiles !!! Acceuil exceptionnel MAGIQUE

C'est bel et bien un Green Oasis : repos, détente, verdure, magie des extérieurs et de l'intérieur. Décoration et prestations de luxe, l'hôtesse Cate à disposition permanente en cas de besoin pour le bien-être des visiteurs. Le Spa abrité au coeur d'un espace avec lampions pour le soir et des bougainvilliers, ficus... La table en terrasse abritée au coeur de plantes vertes et fleuries, pas d'insectes, le bruit de oiseaux, les haies qui privatisent totalement les 300m carrés de jardin. Le Gazebo (pergola) est une piece à part entière, tout bois, au coeur de la verdure du jardin pour les soirée fraiches ou pour les déjeuners très chaud : il y fait bon s'y installer, c'est confortable et beau !!! table pour 6 / 8 pers et salon en bambou, lampes : magique. 3 salons au choix à l'intérieur : véranda, côté cuisine, côté salon télé. Litterie excellente, cuisine entièrement équipée, 2 sdb = LE REVE !! @Cate votre accueil n'a d'égal que la qualité des prestations proposées. BRAVO. Nous nous reverrons ! Nous avons révé d'une pièce à l'autre, d'un espace à l'autre, à l'affut des objets de toutes les cultures qui peuplent les murs, les meubles et le jardin !
