Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming cottage for rent in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, one kilometer from the beach. It has a surface area of 27 m² and can accommodate up to four guests. It consists of a 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a sleeping area on the mezzanine, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,009 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Upstairs:
- A mezzanine area with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bedroom with two single beds
Please note : The ceiling height upstairs is 1.50 m.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha grill, iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful shared enclosed garden of 1,009 m²
- A 21 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The Tiny House is ideally located in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Utah Beach, approximately 1.5 km away, with its historical remains linked to the D-Day landings
- Activities offered by Utah Mer Loisirs: Sand yachting, kayaking, paddleboarding, kite flying, and kite buggying
- Visit to the Utah Beach Landing Museum
- Discover the typical village of Cotentin
- Walks and hikes along the coast and in the marshes
- Every June 6, official local commemorations of the 1944 landings.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the enclosed courtyard of the Tiny House (maximum 2 vehicles).

- Nearest train station: Carentan about 12 miles away
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet about 53 miles away

Other remarks:
- Pets are allowed, for an additional fee of €15/stay/one small pet. Please specify this when booking
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner
- Access to the upper floor is via a fairly steep staircase with a safety bar
- The ceiling height upstairs is 1.50 m
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied
