Large, tastefully renovated old house with elegant swimming pool.<br>

The farmhouse has been completely renovated and has a breathtaking view over the whole valley, up to Mont Ventoux. It is built on two levels. On the 1st floor, there is the equipped kitchen and the living room where it is good to rest. An outdoor terrace is at your disposal to take your meals while enjoying the exceptional view. The garden is spacious and enclosed. Our Mas des Fig trees was completed by a swimming pool (10 * 5) built this summer 2018.
A large double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and WC complete this floor. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, offering a total of 7 beds, bathroom and WC.
Everyone can have their personal and intimate space. The farmhouse is carefully decorated to make your stay pleasant, complete with a large garden.
The Mas has a studio on the ground floor, which can be occupied occasionally by the owners.

Reservation conditions:
*** A deposit of 400 euros will be given directly on site when handing over the keys in the form of a check or cash for foreigners.
*** Compulsory cleaning of 100 euros to be given on arrival by check or cash.

Beautiful house in amazing location

We (4 adult and 5 kids ages 8-12) had an amazing week here. The house is lovely with plenty of room for us all and the swimming pool is amazing. Best of all is the incredible view from the balcony where we ate everyday. The area is stunning and only 5 mins drive to the beach at Saint Martin. There is loads to do including lots of places within 15 minute drive. We would highly recommend

Beautiful setting, charming spot

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem charmanten Haus. Besonders toll waren die vielen schönen Möglichkeiten , gemeinsam zu essen und spielen. Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick, am Pool oder am großen Tisch im Kaminzimmer. Im nahegelegenen Ort an der Ardèche gibt es neben Bäcker und kleinem Kaufladen auch Café, Bistro, Restaurant, Pizzeria. Herrliche Wandergegend.

Pour une location d ete, cette maison est tres bien pourvue : cuisine tres bien equipee, salon chaleureux, terrasse geniale, piscine tres agreable, literie impecc (sauf peut être les deux lits doubles de l etage où il a fallu doubler le matelas mais il y avait ce qu il fallait, sous plastique, sous les lits) . Alles gut, bis auf die Übergabe und Badezimmer im EG

BADEZIMMER Das Objekt besteht aus zwei Ebenen: Einem Obergeschoss, das neu renoviert wurde (mit Klimanlage in jedem Raum) und einem unrenovierten EG ohne Klimaanlagen. Im EG befinden sich ein grosses WZ und die Küche. Obwohl das Objekt sehr charmant ist, ist der Zustand der Sanitäranlagen im EG nicht gut. Vor allem ein starker Schimmelgeruch im Bad stört. Unter dem Waschbecken hat sich Feuchtigkeit gesammelt, was zu einem Schimmelbefall geführt hat. Zu diesem Preis ist dieser Zustand nicht azeptabel. Die Küche hingegen ist relativ neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. ÜBERGABE nach 12h Fahrt wurden wir von einem freundlichen Herrn empfangen, der für den Besitzer die Übergaben vor Ort managed. Leider spricht er nur französisch und redet relativ schnell. Wer hier nicht einigermassen flüssig französisch spricht, ist aufgeschmissen. Die ganze Übergabe hat rund 2(!) gedauert, was nach einer so langen Anreise eine wirklich Zumutung war. Grund dafür war, das minutiöse Tabellen geführt wurden und Fotos gemacht werden mussten (!), wie viele Handtücher und Bettwäsche in den Zimmern vorhanden ist. Wir waren ausserdem 3 Wochen in dem Objekt und es wurde nur 1 Satz (!) Bettwäsche eingeplant, kein Wechsel. Dazu noch diverse Ermahnungen, das zerstörte Weingläser aus dem Familienbesitz (!?) mit €4.- berechnet würden. Übergabe war wirklich nicht gut und voller Warnungen, Ermahnungen und ernsten Hinweise, was man alles nicht darf. Zu diesem Preis sehr unerfreulich.

Une location au calme avec une vue superbe. Maison avec beaucoup de charme, très bien équipée (sauf chambre lit 140 : signalée car sommier cassé). Ustensiles cuisine très fournis. Maison ancienne, superbement rénovée, accueillante et très bien équipée, au calme dans un hameau au milieu des vignes. Le gite est spacieux et convient très bien pour 10 personnes. En décembre, nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse ensoleillée avec vue imprenable sur la vallée et le Mt Ventoux, sieste relaxante sur les chaises longues au bord de la piscine, et le grand jardin clos était super pour nos chiennes. Très belles ballades à faire aux alentours. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires et du voisin Pedro. Très bonne adresse ! Merci et à bientôt peut-être.

Agréable villa

15 jours passés dans cette belle villa, bien équipée avec grande piscine. Décors à couper le souffle. Jolis village aux alentours. Beaucoup d activités prochent. Seul point négatif de la villa, et non précisé dans la description, le manque d une climatisation, durant nos 2 semaines de vacances, les températures avoisinaient les 40° et 30° la nuit, mis a disposition de 7/8 ventilateurs, qui en utilisation de nuit après 1h ces derniers brassent de l air chaud, les nuits sont insoutenables) au prix de la location les propriétaires pourraient faire l'effort d en installer une. Je recommanderais cette location si le soucis de clim soit réglée.

Magnifique Ardèche , très agréable maison bien équipée ,il manque peut être 2 lits adultes( pour nos ado en couple ) mais la possibilité de planter des tentes a permis à tous de trouver sa place .l’espace extérieur est très fonctionnel et la piscine donne une touche supplémentaire de bonheur !
