La Perle des Marais is a pretty renovated thatched cottage, adjoining another thatched cottage, located in the village (shops and restaurants 200 m away), in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 9 km from Guérande and 10 km from the beaches.
Enclosed garden of 250 m² with south/east terraces, with ping-pong table.
Ground floor: lounge/living room with wood stove, separate open fitted kitchen (Nespresso machine), shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 with private bathroom (1: 90x200 bed, 2: 160x200 bed, 3: 160x200 bed).
Additional equipment: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, radio/CD, baby bed/high chair/changing mat.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances, le logement était d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé. A souligner, des emplacements de rangements sont prévus pour nos affaires, ce qui est rarement le cas dans les locations de vacances. De plus, la maison est idéalement située dans la région, à proximité des lieux touristiques et de la côte, dans un village très calme.

Un séjour reposant et sportif

très jolie chaumière très bien aménagée confortable pour 5 personnes Bien située dans St Lyphard Photos et descriptif tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Très bon accueil.
