A former cobbler's house, renovated into a semi-detached holiday cottage, is located in the village of Assérac (local shops), 2 km from the salt marshes and hiking trails, 5 km from the sea, 11 km from Guérande, and 20 km from La Baule.

Free public parking is available in front of the cottage.

There is a 200 m² enclosed terrace and flower garden (southwest-facing).

Ground floor: bright living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC, and laundry room.

First floor: two bedrooms (each with a double bed 140x190 cm) and a shower room/WC.

Second floor: open-plan attic bedroom (three single beds 90x190 cm).

Additional amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/highchair.
