A éviter l'appartement n° 149

Studio-mezzanine serait entièrement à rénover, pas entretenu par le propriétaire. A l'entrée placard aux portes coulissantes bloquées. Salle de bains avec une cabine douche , joints et portes sales. Dans la cuisine, ustensiles de cuisine : poêles abimées , égouttoir à vaisselle encrassée. Pour accéder à la mezzanine il faut grimper à une sorte d'échelle ! Le canapé d'un autre temps ainsi que les couvertures ! Je ne reconnais pas la qualité des locations de LAGRANGE.

Décevant

Hôtel bien situé mais appartement très décevant: très sale et peu de confort. En effet, moquette non aspirée (aspirateur présent mais pas de sac... et balai inutilisable car plus de poils). Réclamation à l'accueil le 1er jour mais aucun balai ni sac aspirateur ramené malgré la promesse de le faire. Petit escalier pour aller à l'étage. Pas possible de se mettre debout à l'étage, ni même de se mettre assis dans son lit. Clic clac très inconfortable, on ressent les lattes même en position canapé. Des frais supplémentaires sont demandés à l'arrivée (non précisés sur hotel.com) pour l'electricité, l'eau et la sanitarisation (plus de 30€ tout de même).

à l'étroit

après un accueil impeccable, nous prenons possession de notre logement. Il est propre mais une fois le couchage déplié (BZ) plus de place dans la cuisine! Je mets le ballon d'eau chaude en marche, le disjoncteur saute.Intervention de l'électricien, verdict ballon HS! Changement de logement, on remballe tout. Deuxième logement, là c'est pas possible, pas accueillant du tout, on refuse. Troisième logement, pièce principale grande, propre mais çà sent le tabac ou quelque chose comme çà? Bon on le prend, Le matelas du BZ 5cm d'épaisseur, bonjour les lombaires! Heureusement un matelas plus épais en mezzanine, je le descend avec un peu de difficulté, bon il était à ressorts çà c'est senti mais mieux que celui d'origine! Le logement peut recevoir jusqu'à 7 couchages, dont 4 en mezzanine, hauteur 1.2 m au plus haut 0,4 m au plus bas sur 5 m², c'est limite!! Enfin bon, Saint-jean de monts superbes balades à pieds, à vélo çà compense.

Studio propre et bien entretenu. Manque un peu de luminosité dans la partie chambre. Veranda très agréable et coin cuisine bien équipé. Proche centre ville, idéale pour petit séjour à 2.
