In Saint Jean de Monts, ideally located in the heart of the resort, in a quiet and popular residential area Le Devallon, charming house offering a large living room dining room with sofa bed for 2 people, a fitted and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 cm), 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets and in continuity with the house but not communicating: 2 bedrooms one with 1 double bed (140 cm) the other with 2 single beds (80 cm), 1 shower room, WC. Fully enclosed garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. WIFI. Possibility of street parking in front of the property or free public parking 50 m away. The large sandy beaches and the national forest are only a few minutes walk away as well as the shops and summer market. Cycle paths nearby. For a successful holiday for sure! Pets not accepted. To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax (rate based on the number of people) and security deposit (€600).

Avec mes enfants et nièce de 4 a 59 ans, bon séjour a St Jean de Monts, pas besoin de prendre les voitures sauf pour les courses en supermarché, maison agréable avec jardin ds quartier calme près de tout. Ns avons profité de la plage, de la forêt, du marché, du coucher de soleil vu de l'estacade. Avec un beau soleil et ns avons même pu nous baigner. Seul truc, trop de produits secs ds les placards qui restent /- périmés et trop de cles a gérer. Location draps chère. Mais autrement séjour parfait !

Pour une semaine en famille(3 adultes et 2 enfants),villa idéale :un petit jardin,proche de la plage, des commerces, Située dans voie extrêmement calme. Rien ne manque au niveau de l’équipement. Maison bien entretenue.

Maison bien conçu, pour 5 couples mais pas pour 6 couples car le 6e doit dormir dans le salon....petite problème d eau chaude quand Même au niveau d une douche Revoir la propreté du lave vaisselle et frigo Et remettre des serpillières propres après chaque location Et il serait temps de changer le lampadaire Nous avons quand même passés un très bon séjour

Maison et localisation totalement adaptées aux famille, ménage à améliorer.

Propriété parfaite pour les familles ; surface, localisation. Seul bémol, nous avons dû faire le ménage à notre arrivée :-/ Nous avons réglé le ménage de fin de séjour (100e) en espérant qu’il sera correctement fait pour les prochains vacanciers. Je conseillerai néanmoins cette location.
