Appartement génial avec sa loggia fermée ce qui fait que même lorsqu'il ne fait pas beau, on peut profiter de la vue sur la mer. Dès qu'il fait beau, quelques pas et nous voilà sur la plage pour taquiner le pignon ou se baigner. On y retournera

Tout est parfait : l'appartement est très agréable car décoré avec soin et goût et très fonctionnel. La vue est exceptionnelle et la loggia permet d'en profiter par tous les temps. La place de parking est plus qu'appréciable. Juste la rue à traverser et on est sur la plage... La propriétaire est très sympathique, excellent contact. Elle a à cœur que votre séjour se déroule pour le mieux : ce qui a été le cas pour nous. Mes deux grandes ados et moi avons a-do-ré !

Un séjour décevant

Après quelques aimables échanges par courriel avec la propriétaire, son "accueil" à notre arrivée fut déroutant. En effet, il se limita à nous transmettre ses multiples consignes quant au ménage de fin de séjour, se définissant elle-même comme très maniaque, tout en insistant sur la possibilité d'encaisser le chèque de caution si l'état de l'appartement, à la sortie, ne lui convenait pas. Compte tenu de cet "accueil", nous avons pris des photographies attestant d'une propreté loin d'être irréprochable à notre arrivée (à disposition). Après notre départ, elle nous a contactés, la porte du freezer étant cassée, ce que nous n'avions pas remarqué et ceci pouvant être le fait de précédents voyageurs. Sans présentation, au préalable, d'un devis, le chèque de caution a été débité, 85€ ont été retenus et la différence reçue deux semaines plus tard. Habitués à louer des hébergements de vacances, nous sommes respectueux des lieux et apprécions la gentillesse et la bienveillance des hôtes. Ainsi, nous déplorons son attitude. Malgré la qualité de l'environnement (plage et activités à proximité), notre séjour s'est avéré bien décevant. Un conseil : lorsque vous procéderez à votre réservation, optez pour le versement de la caution via le site Abritel. Cela vous évitera toute déconvenue.

Appartement correspondant parfaitement à la description, suffisamment spacieux et très pratique pour notre famille de 3 personnes. Résidence calme avec parking privé dans cour arrière. Accès direct à une magnifique plage de sable fin à ambiance familiale. Noirmoutier et Puy du Fou à proximité. Très bon accueil et relationnel avec les propriétaires. Je recommande !

Bel accueil des propriétaires. Prêt de 2 vélos, une place de parking, un très bel appartement avec une vue à 180° sur la mer, bien agencé, très propre, tout y est ! L.emplacement est idéal pour la mer, les activités nautiques, les ballades, la decouverte de la Vendée. Petits commerces à 500 m. A refaire!
