Ancient tommettes, exposed stones, old-fashioned lime, French ceiling marry without breaking the unity of sobriety of the relaxing spirit of the place.
This independent apartment of 100m2 located on the ground floor, consists of a spacious living room with dining area and lounge, from which overlooks an open kitchen.
Equipped with a double bed 160 x 200 in one bedroom and 2 single beds 90 x 200 in another room (possibility of extra bed extra) and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

Beautiful place full of character in a gorgeous little village

Words and pictures don’t really do justice to this stunning accommodation. It has been tastefully renovated to show off its unique medieval character. Welcoming hosts who were super friendly and all basics generously provided. The only warning I’d share for other guests would be that the authentic period door handles while they look wonderful are very stiff and sharp and I struggled with opening the front door throughout our stay. Otherwise this property gets top ratings for beauty, character and amenity. A beautiful pool with a covered terrace for barbecues and a pretty walled garden top it off. The village is unique and close to the Loire river and many other pretty medieval towns. Definitely worth a stay!

Fijn huis in een mooie omgeving

Wij zijn hier met 2 kinderen van 11 en 6 jaar zes dagen verbleven. Host Anne spreekt goed Engels en is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De woning is smaakvol ingericht en blijft lekker koel in warm weer. Het zwembad was ook fijn, enige nadeel is dat je buitenom moet lopen om er te komen, er is geen directe toegang tot de tuin vanuit het huis. Wij hebben al met al een heerlijk verblijf gehad in St Haon le Châtel en kunnen deze woning zeker aanraden.
