Studio cabin with sea view terrace, feet in the water, for four people in a private residence (renovated in 2017) with swimming pool and private parking space.
North East exposure (sun on waking but appreciable shade the rest of the day taking into account the local heat).
25m2 studio with closed cabin.
Main room with sofa bed and TV, kitchenette equipped with microwave, 2 electric hotplates, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Entrance, closed cabin with 2 bunk beds and window, shower room with cupboards, wc area.
Balcony terrace with sea view and gardens not overlooked, equipped with a wooden table, 4 chairs and an electric plancha for grilling.
Quiet and family residence with private pool and children's pool, direct access to the beach through the gardens (50m).
The residence is at the end of the lagoon so the beach is less crowded there.
The hotel La lagune offering treatments and massages is nearby.
Located 50 meters from the beach, a mini market with hot spot is 300 meters away. A shopping center with very good food shops is located 15 minutes walk, the port and its many glaciers is 20 minutes walk. ideal for leaving your car in the parking lot and doing everything by bike.

Tout simplement parfait !
Très bon séjour dans ce logement tout confort et fonctionnel avec l'accès illimité à la piscine et direct vers la plage en 4 minutes à pied idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants.
Nous recommandons cette location et envisageons d'y revenir l'année prochaine.
Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et disponibles encore merci pour ces superbes vacances.

Pour les petits et les grands, ce fût un régal ... de jeux et pour les yeux.....
Nous avons passé quelques jours de repos au soleil et au calme sans oublier les propriétaires qui sont d'une grande gentillesse!!!Ne ramenez que

Studio bien aménagé avec tout l équipement utile
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à st Cyprien dans un studio très bien équipé, bien orienté, avec un accès direct à la mer. Nous avons profité de la piscine accessible entre 9 h et 21 h. Nous avons visité les villes toutes proches d'Argeles et Collioure. Les propriétaires sont très attentifs. Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances reposantes.
