The 7 m² covered terrace, designed so as not to be overlooked, allows you to admire the splendid view of the residence's wooded park, the communal swimming pool (25 x 12 m, depth 120-220 cm) open from 15/06 to 15/09 (subject to change) and the sea.
Close to a mini-market (convenient for small purchases), this holiday rental is ideally located: beach, swimming pool, shops, sports activities (Grand Stade des Capellans offering tennis, padel, fitness, weight training) and leisure activities (Aqualand).
