Situé au 1er étage sur 3 d'une petite résidence calme, cet appartement climatisé est très bien agencé et dispose d'un balcon offrant une agréable vue sur le parcours de golf. Le mobilier et la décoration, modernes et soignés, créent une atmosphère accueillante. La salle de bains est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne, la chambre bénéficie d'une grande penderie, et la cuisine, bien pensée, offre de nombreux rangements ainsi qu'un grand réfrigérateur-congélateur. Le téléviseur, de belle taille, est également un atout appréciable. autre petit détail, la fenêtre de la chambre et celle de la salle d'eau sont munies de moustiquaires relevables... Très apprécié pour dormir la nuit fenêtres ouvertes 🤗 Petit plus: le parking privé Petit bémol : l'absence de connexion Wi-Fi.
