Manor of the 17th story load built in the French countryside on the slopes of the Chartreuse. Beautiful 5000 m² Park planted with trees + private chapel. Preserved and enchanting setting. Home ultra cozy and warm. Superb private garden furnished and very ornate. Located 4km from Chambéry, historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy and city "of Art and History". 14km from the beach of Lac du Bourget (largest natural lake in France) and 11km from the lake of Challes les Eaux. Ideal for hiking and cycling between the Natural Parks of Chartreuse and Bauges, and the Belledonne massif. Privileged location at the crossroads of valleys to visit the region as a star (motorway 5km away): Albertville and its medieval town Conflans, Annecy, Chamonix... 9-hole golf course 4km away or Aix les Bains 22km away.
