When we arrived we were given a Horrendous smelly room with two single beds and a folded out sofa bed and we had paid for a superior queen room (£205!). We were changed rooms but it was basic like a travelodge and def not worth £205 we felt completely ripped off and the stay was not worth it and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Such a lovely hotel, staff lovely, food lovely, very clean. Pool is lovely. My only complaint would be they need more staff on dinner service but the food was lovely

Hôtel correct

Hôtel au calme sur les hauteurs de Dieppe, avec accès facile. Accueil moyen par la personne qui nous a reçus. Tâches sur la moquette dans le couloir. Chambres correctes. Les accès à la piscine, au spa et au hammam devraient être dissociés du tarif de la chambre, l'hôtel n'a pas été réservé pour cela.

The garden area at the pool was unkept and not mowed. the picture of this booking did not look like that the hedges needed cutting and trimming and weeds all over. surely at this price per night the garden can be neat. Not what I expected from 4 stars. Also plastic cups in the room with a note saying if you take the kettle, or anything else what charge you would get.
