You'll enjoy a lovely garden filled with trees and flowers, complete with wellness facilities: a spa and sauna*. You can also rent electric bikes from the owner to explore the region in a different way. Numerous activities nearby: Canoeing on the Sioule River, swimming and water sports at Philippe Pond in St-Gervais-d'Auvergne and Gour de Tazenat, Méandre de Queuille, Magaud Pond for fishing, and numerous marked hiking and mountain biking trails in the great outdoors. The cottage comprises on the ground floor: - a kitchen-dining room - a living room - a bathroom with WC On the first floor: - a sleeping area on the mezzanine overlooking the living room with a double bed - a bedroom with a double bed Access to the first floor is via steep stairs: not recommended for people with reduced mobility. *Spa open from May to November, weather permitting: Spa access: €8/adult for 1 hour, sauna: €8/adult for 30 minutes, family spa package: €20/for 4 people
