In the heart of the village of Saint Andéol le Château, Beauvallon
The cottage has 6 bedrooms (2 to 4 people) each with its own bathroom (shower and wc) as well as a living room with fitted kitchen and a lounge area with a TV.
The cottage has a terrace, barbecue facilities and ample free parking.
Easy access by highway, Lyon and Saint-Etienne within 30 minutes.

Our house is quietly located in a green setting since it directly overlooks a 12-hectare park with a sports course and games for children. Ideal with children or for a stroll with family or friends.
Many hikes are possible directly from the cottage.

J'ai choisi ce gite, pour sa proximité avec Lyon, la gare de Givors, l'aéroport St Exupery, et la présence d'un parc jouxtant le gite, par ailleurs très agréable. Le gite est très, confortable, le fait qu'il y ait un batiment jour, et un batiment nuit est un gros plus, afin que chacun puisse se reposer ou faire une activité. Les chambres sont agréables, décorées avec goût, chacune dispose d'une douche et d'un wc., la literie est confortable. Le coté jour, est spacieux, la cuisine est bien équipée, nous , nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison, tous les membres de la famille ont apprécié. Bien situé, boulangerie, patisserie proche, et restaurant italien, d'autres commerces sur Mornant ou Brignais. Un très bon accueil des propriétaires, par ailleurs, soucieux du bon déroulement du séjour. Je recommande cette adresse, et si l'occasion se présente, j'y retournerai avec plaisir

Le gîte est hyper complet on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin et parfait pour passer un excellent moment entre amis/famille! Notre hôte était super disponible pour toutes nos questions et offrir des suggestions. La séparation entre la partie chambre (chacun ayant son indépendance avec sa salle de bain) et la partie lieu de vie cuisine en fait un parfait endroit pr se retrouver à plusieurs. Petit plus pour la super bonne boulangerie juste derrière ainsi que le dimanche matin le stand fruit légumes poulet rôti yum!

Nous avons passé trois jours au gîte les arches pour une réunion de famille a 15, tout était très bien, organisé. Le gîte est agréable, le cadre aussi et on peut entrer facilement en contact avec les propriétaires. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Mini-séjour très agréable

Etant donné que nous avions loué la totalité du logement prévu pour 16, pour nous qui étions 9, nous étions vraiment à notre aise. Tout est fonctionnel et bien pensé. La propriétaire était toujours disponible. Une adresse que nous retenons.
