Les Gîtes de la Tour - Grand Gîte

In the pretty Coteaux du Lyonnais region, the Gîtes de la Tour (comprising a 12-person gîte and another 5-person gîte) are located 6 km from Mornant and its aquatic centre, and 300 m from the small village of St Jean de Touslas. They are housed in a characterful stone building, recognisable by its tower, which includes the Grand Gîte, the owners' house and a Petit Gîte. Each accommodation has its own entrance and private outdoor space. Push open the large gate and you arrive in a vast, completely private, enclosed courtyard that is not overlooked. Various areas have been designed to ensure that you enjoy pleasant moments together: garden furniture, chairs and benches, plants and shrubs with a guinguette atmosphere, gas hob. Private parking outside the property. Access to the Grand gite is on one level and opens onto a vast hallway leading to the kitchen/dining room, living room with wood-burning stove and a shower room with wc on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, you will pass through an anteroom with a bookcase and then find 2 bedrooms: 1 family room for 3 people (1 double bed and 1 single bed); 1 suite with 1 double bed and a large bathroom (bath, shower and wc) accessible from the suite or via a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor, there is another anteroom with lots of board games, and then you enter a first area with 1 family bedroom for 3 people (1 single bed and 1 double bed on the mezzanine). The 2nd floor also includes a toilet with washbasin, then a hall leading to another bathroom and 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom for 2 people with 2 single beds and 1 large bedroom for 2 people + 1 baby). Not suitable for EVG and EVJF parties and groups. Nearby: Uniferme (local producers' shop), guided quad bike rides, zoo (St Martin La Plaine), riding centre, Rive-de-Gier and Givors railway stations.

The vacation home features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
