This home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities for your stay.

The space
Here’s what awaits you during your stay:

• Three Cozy Bedrooms: One queen mattresses, one bunk bed, and one king bed ensure a restful night’s sleep. Upon request, crib and/or twin size metal frame daybed with trundle are available.

• Fully Stocked Kitchen: Cook delicious meals in a kitchen equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and essentials like coffee, oils, and spices. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the dining area, complete with a large table.

• Central heat and air HVAC, a smart thermostat, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors ensure a comfortable and safe stay.

• Family Entertainment: Relax in the living room with a plush couch and 75" SMART 4K TV with Netflix and free apps (bring your own log in). Fast Wi-Fi is also provided for streaming or remote work.

• Cozy Backyard: Enjoy quality time in the backyard and ample seating for relaxation.

• Across the street are million dollar homes with backyard facing the American River.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home (garage excluded), which includes:

• Keyless Entry: Enter easily with your personalized door code.
• Free High-Speed Wi-Fi: Perfect for streaming, gaming, or remote work.
• Kitchen Amenities: Coffee maker, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and more.
• Bathroom: Stand-in shower, hairdryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap.
• Parking: Two driveway spaces and ample free street parking.

House Rules:
• Please use the dining room for meals and avoid eating in bed.
• Treat the home and amenities with care and respect.
• Utilize driveway parking whenever possible.
• No Parties: This is a family-friendly space.
• No Pets: We maintain a strict no-pet policy.
• Smoking, including medical cannabis, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Security Features:
• Noise-aware detectors and smoke detectors are installed to ensure compliance with house rules.
• Ring doorbells are located at the front and back entrances for added security.

• Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 9 PM (PST); messages sent outside this timeframe will be addressed the following day.
• For long-term stays, an additional agreement will need to be signed outside the platform.
