62 acres to explore while staying, try out the largest wooden floor roller skating rink in Kansas or a round on the 18 hole mini golf course. We have hiking trails, fishing pond, horseshoe pits, tennis courts, playground, creek to explore, museum, 200 yrs of history and lots of fresh air!! We are located in the middle of "nowhere" no highway noise just the birds and the brook.
You are booking the Guesthouse not the Hotel. To book the adjoining Historic Hotel click the link below it sleeps an additional 24 people in beds.
If you book both properties you can have a combined 50 people. We also have 2 RV hookups on the house to add additional options for people to stay.
*the park activities are an additional $7/person/day. Multi-day passes are available at discounted rates. 5 & under are free.

Birthday Surprise!
We had a Great time with the extended family. So, nice to have the guest house for everyone to come and go as they please from different activities. Made all our meals onsite, explored every activity and went back for more! Great outdoor family time!

Gathering held at guesthouse and hotel. Everyone really enjoyed the accommodations and were very pleased with the sleeping arrangements. The beds are super nice with excellent bedding (pillows, sheets and quilts). The kitchens were both spacious enough to accommodate all of our needs. The additional refrigerator in the hotel really helped with the overflow. There is a spacious green area behind the buildings ideal for yard games. The extra facilities available are immense and allow for extra recreational opportunities. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone wishing to accommodate a large group. Ken, the host was great. He answered all of my questions and was available throughout our stay for any issues or requests. We also ordered cupcakes from the Grimm Girls and were very pleased. Thank you for the wonderful time and the memories we will all have.

My large family loved the stay here. There was room for all of us to spread out and plenty of fun activities on the grounds for the kids to enjoy, all within walking distance. Will definitely be back

WONDERFUL WEDDING GUEST ACCOMODATION
This was the absolute PERFECT property for our family during our wedding weekend. We used the guest house for bridesmaids, mom, & flower girl to all gather while getting ready for the wedding. The hotel was used for our family members and bridal party's spouses. We were able to have everyone over for brunch on Sunday following the wedding which was so wonderful to chat with people we weren't able to talk to much at the wedding. Everyone was extremely impressed with the character and uniqueness of the place. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family! Thank you so much for allowing us to use the space.

Son’s wedding weekend
Our whole family of 15 people stayed at the guest house for our son’s wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are super friendly and accommodating, and the house is tastefully decorated and so clean.
