Nestled in beautiful, manicured gardens, Villa Levante features a covered terrace with a fully equipped outdoor bar and kitchen, complete with a gas grill and barbecue. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, enjoy the best biking and hiking trails, winery tours, golf, and beautiful beaches nearby. In summer, you’re just 15 minutes from Alcudia and Pollença's top restaurants and sandy shores. During the cooler months, utilize nearby biking trails, grill dinner in the outdoor kitchen, and unwind by the pool or fireplace. Heated pool is available by request for an extra fee.



The expansive living area includes a second private living room upstairs, a fully renovated large family kitchen with all new appliances and filtered drinking water, and a dining room with a table for 10. Beautiful property poor management

Beautiful villa in a quiet area. Very logistically challenged…Light fixtures (lamps/sconces) in bedrooms were not operational so forced to use sunlight or operate using minimal lighting. Although expected to sleep at least 6, hot water ran out before 6ppl could shower. Host came to adjust but we subsequently ran out of water in the middle of cooking our dinner. The Wi-Fi made it so it was required to sit by the modem to get service. The trash policy was very complex and our cursory check-in did not provide enough direction. We took the rubbish to the local center the day before checkout but had no direction on how to handle the rubbish from the last evening. The landscaper came while we were using the pool/terrace and it was unexpected. It impacted our plans for that day. And even after he was finished, the pet waste remained in the front lawn. The home was beautiful and offers many amenities. It just doesn’t seem like it is managed properly.

Very nice location

Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and all the photos in the listing accurately reflect the place – no surprises, just as beautiful in real life. We felt comfortable and well taken care of from the start, and would definitely recommend the villa to others.

First class villa

First of all, Eva Maria did it very well. The villa was very good in all aspects with the exception of a small defect related to low water pressure on the first floor. The rooms were open and large and certainly sufficient for the 11 persons and 1 baby. The use of the garden, the pool, the covered tables and benches made everything correct and pleasant. Overall a good location.

Beautiful Villa

The villa is as on the pictures - it is very spacious and beautiful with a stunning garden. The only downside is, that it is a little far from everything. A car is definitely needed. Also - there are a lot of moskitos, so bring enough moskito spray :-)
