Awesome place to stay

Really enjoyed our stay. We had a total of 7 (2 Adults and 5 Children) and were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. There’s also Europa Park and Rulantica.

Frau Kiefer is very professional. The flat that I booked was unfortunately damaged and could not be used during the original time needed, Frau Kiefer promptly called me to inform me and came up with 2 alternative solution which was both fair and reasonable. This was the first time that I was bringing my son (<1), niece (8) and nephew (12) to Europapark, so making sure that we had good accommodations was important. I was highly impressed with the flat, it is modern, spacious, clean, and well decorated. The flat is literally about a 5 min walk away from the park, however you don't feel that you are sucked into the "tourist" trap of other hotels and accommodations, even though you are so close by. Frau Kiefer also gave good recommendations on places to go in Europapark for different children's age group as well as restaurants and was very helpful with other questions we had. She was very flexible and was very communicated and available as needed. Overall, an excellent experience. Would fully recommend, and will come back again the next time I visit Europapark! Thank you Frau Kiefer! Keep up the entrepreneur spirit!

Overall a very nice place to stay. The apartment is big and clean. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. However, bakery is just down the street so you can buy coffee there. Also, there was no shower gel and the hair drier didn’t work. Simone took care of the drier problem though after check out. Would recommend and stay here again. Just be sure to check with Simone about your check in time. The web page let us select check in after 8, but you can only check in until 7.

Depuis des décennies que je voyage, c'est bien simple, c'est le pire service que j'ai jamais vu. Impossible à joindre, même pendant les (courtes) heures de service (d'ailleurs, le numéro indiqué sur hotels.com est faux, il faut songer à retirer le 0 après l'indicatif du pays). Même le service client hotels.com a essayé pendant plus d'une heure, et n'a pas à les atteindre. Jusqu'à tard dans la soirée, je n'étais même pas sûr de pouvoir prendre possession de l'appartement. Ensuite, le lendemain, je me suis fait contacter par SMS à 21h00, en me SOMMANT de passer à l'accueil avant 21h30 (la veille, je m'étais fait incendier parce que le service fermait à 19h... Dur de comprendre les horaires). Comme je n'étais pas dispo, il m'a été IMPOSÉ de passer le lendemain après 9h, alors que j'avais prévu de partir à 8h. Je n'épilogue même pas sur le comportement plus que désagréable de mon interlocutrice. Je pense que ça n'est pas nécessaire de se lancer dans l'hôtellerie quand on n'est pas capable de fournir ne serait-ce que le service de base. Sinon, l'appartement est propre, mais meublé avec du mobilier très basique, peu confortable, et un peu brinquebalant. Au rez-de-chaussée, c'était très bruyant. On entend beaucoup les gens du dessus, tout comme les gens qui passent dans le couloir le soir et le matin. En résumé, plus jamais de ma vie je ne mettrai les pieds dans cet endroit.
