Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the first floor together with Bathroom 1.

There is a basement garage with internal access that can be made available to guests upon request. The lower level has the third guest bedroom and a bunkroom plus a second bathroom and laundry.

The property is well located to Russell township with many great restaurants, cafes, boutique retail shops and typical essentials including a fully stocked Four Square superette. A great spot to explore the renowned Bay of Islands.

Located nearby is a public walkway providing direct access down to the beautiful Long Beach illustrated in the photos.
