Beautiful 3-story house on 2 acres... and there are sled runs right on the property! Lots of parking (10 cars!) and only minutes from skiing, snow-tubing and Sky Park. Enjoy the amazing views (you can see Catalina Island on a clear day!), while relaxing in the glass enclosed indoor Jacuzzi after a day on the slopes. This gorgeous property is nestled between Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead so the best of both worlds can be enjoyed.
This house has many 1st class amenities: Jacuzzi, WiFi, Game room with a 6-seated custom bar, 4 real arcade games (loaded with over 100 games), Foosball, board games, player piano, and more. TV’s with cable, HBO Max, Netflix, Apple+, Starz, Hulu & Prime (all signed in & ready to view). New kitchen appliances & water systems (RO system, tankless heater, water pump, soft water). All your linens, towels (incl. spa towels) and paper goods are included. There are 2 wood-burning fireplaces. There is ample seating along with a large dining room (w/adjoining bar). Kids will love the gazebo/tree-house on 3 lots that are fully landscaped & surrounded by retaining walls! Ample parking and a second driveway that makes an additional terrific sled run!

This cabin sleeps 15+ in beds with all new bedding.
The master is on the 3rd floor with a Cal King.
The loft has two twin beds.
The middle floor sleeps 4-5 in one room and 3-4 in the other. One has a queen bed and bunk bed. The other has one queen and upper bunk. There are extra roll-away beds (w/bedding) in every room. There is also a trundle bed (sleeps 2) in the tower room. The couch also has a full size hide-a-bed.

Build your own sled run and snow man on this huge property... there is even a tree house! We leave 1 of the 2 driveways un-plowed in the winter for extra sled runs! Gorgeous views from every room (Catalina out the front, Snow Valley from the side)!

We had a great time at this property! Lots to do for kids of all ages. It’s clear that this is a cherished home and that the owners take great pride in sharing it with others. We had a lovely stay! There was plenty of space for our group of 15. Lots of seating, plenty to do both at the cabin and near by. We had a lot of space for our groceries in the kitchen and it was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. for us to use. Sherri was very quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns and was very communicative. Thank you for an amazing stay! We would highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to accommodate a large group!

No Snow, But A Great Stay! Cozy & Fun Property!

My family and our friends and their kids had a great time at this property! This is a very cozy family vacation home and the host Sherri could not have been any nicer or accommodating than she was, she was great! The kids had a blast, even though they did not have any snow to sled in, but had a blast playing the video games and all the board games that are in the home. The driveway is a little tricky to navigate if you have a large vehicle like myself, but we figured it out and made it a game turning our trucks around. This property really stands out because of all the amenities that they have inside the home in comparison to other rentals, we’ve done. We did not find ourselves having to go to the store to buy toilet paper or paper towels, trash bags or utensils. It was nice because they had everything there. This is the perfect place to get if you have a large group and especially if you have children. A ton of snow came as soon as we left lol, but we had a great time. Thank you Sherri!

Beautiful property!

Stayed at this property and enjoyed every minute there. It had everything we needed for us adults, children and teens. The home was very cozy and had a million dollar view. Landlord was very kind and welcoming! Would definitely recommend!

Great view!

Everything was all good! Sherri made sure that our stay was a success by contacting regularly and left detailed notes at the house. The house was very cozy and even though we were a large group of people, everyone felt comfortable and had an enjoyable time. The bonus room (entertainment and spa) downstairs was a great addition.

One of the most amazing properties!

Stayed here with a large group of friends & family and it was an amazing house with beautiful views! The house itself was clean, and felt very comfortable and homey which we all loved. A snowy bachelor party

This place rocks. My crowd that I brought to the venue was primarily a group of gamers so we mainly hosted little gaming tournaments while out there. We had originally tried to plan for a hike bu had gotten snowed in by a freak snow storm. However that didn’t mean that we couldn’t have fun in the snow! It was incredible when using the sledding area and making snowmen on their outdoor deck. We also had a fun time in the jacuzzi in which the owner instructed us skillfully. Should i go again? Yes. Just please do your part in keeping the place clean and follow the rules and you’ll have a fantastic time.

Incredible Stay

I read a hundred amazing reviews of this property before booking, and I can say that every single one of them was accurate. Sherri was a perfect host, she went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and ensure that we had everything we needed. The house is incredible, there was so much to do inside and on the property that we hardly wanted to leave during our four day stay, but it's close to so many great hikes and ski and tubing parks that we had to venture out occasionally. Between the cozy rooms, the fireplaces, the arcade, the player piano, the hot tub, the stunning views from the deck...I can't recommend this place enough. I certainly hope to come back some day.

Winter Wonderland

Amazing property overall. Lots of space to play inside and outside. Super clean and organized, lots of labels that made it easy to understand how to utilize the space. We didn't need to go to a snow place we had a whole driveway to slide down, it made for lots of fun time outside. Sherri, the owner, is unbelievably sweet, very informative, and extremely helpful. You will not be disappointed when booking this cabin. We plan on coming here again and again. Birthday Celebration

Oh My where to begin! I could have left a beautiful review of Sherri before we even went on our trip! She's beyond a Super Host! She made sure from the start that we knew everything that we needed before going. The Cabin was perfectly described and our family of 9 adults & Grandkids 6 & 8 fit perfectly, it sleeps up to 15. It's very cozy and has so many beautiful touches. The Arcade games, indoor Jacuzzi and self playing Piano were among the favorites. The home is so unique a Castle like a Disney Movie (which they also have all of those to watch) The nicest part was that even though we were there the second week in Jan. weather was perfect, but very cold at night and the 3 levels stayed very warm our entire stay, we actually kept the thermostat at 67 most of the time. The property is beautiful & has the perfect sledding area. Amazing views all the way to Catalina. We will definitely hope to go back in Late Spring or Summer. We as a family have stayed in many VRBO's over the years & this is one of our new favorites. Sherri truly went above, left treats for us & the kids! So we returned the gesture to her. I hope that my review will help the next lucky group that get to stay in this charming castle:) The Seawright Family

Amazing!!!!!!!

Highly recommend!!! This lovely family home just what we were looking for! Great location with a beautiful view to loose your self from the reality of daily living !!!! The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable: (Bonk beds preferably only for smaller “people”). Excellent communication from the hostess herself: very resourceful! Fun game room and lots of fun activities for the kids. It was even more fun because it snowed while we were there! Easy check in and check out information.

Beautiful views!

The outside of the house is gorgeous and the view from the patio is one of a kind. My family and I had a restful weekend. Everything was as described and Sherri was very attentive and helpful. It was nice having the hot tub inside so those that didn’t want to get in could still enjoy everyone’s company.
