Utopia Breeze In the Historic Upper Canyon

Utopia Breeze cabin offers privacy in Ruidoso’s scenic and historic Upper Canyon.This cabin is a 2-story work of art from the turquoise inlay oak flooring to the custom live edge counter tops. This cabin is great for couples, friends or young families. Enjoy the Outdoor Hot Tub with an adjacent fire table. Enjoy the deer, elk and occasional turkey from the decks.

The main house can sleep up to four guest offering two bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. The Guest House is included and serves as an additional queen bed and bathroom.
Pets are welcome but you could be subject to additional charges if he soils the carpets or there are any damages to the furniture, walls or flooring.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Place was amazing. Loved our stay and host. Absolutely would stay there again, especially with the guest house over garage. Primary area-Large living/dining space on the main floor. Take note the bedrooms are downstairs. There is a bathroom/utility room down there but no tub/shower downstairs. The shower/bath is upstairs on the main floor. The guest house is a large very nice full area with bed and kitchen. Shower also…for us the better place to sleep. You want be disappointed. Alfredo was incredibly responsive for our needs.

Quiet, Relaxing, Wonderful

What a wonderful property. We were looking to get away from the hustle and bustle - this was just the place. The hot tub was relaxing, the kitchen perfectly appointed, the host readily available. The property is just far enough out of town to be away from the crowd, close enough to have dinner and treats nearby. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful Mountain Escape

Nicely appoiinted. Had everything we needed plus. We loved the outdoor spaces to sit and observe the tall pines! Easy to find. Lots of stairs!! Natural beauty abounds- pine trees, deer, wild horses, hummingbirds, mountain jays and more. The owner is a woodworker and so the uniqueness inside and out show his talents. We will definitely return.
