Townhome 43 is a NEWLY REMODELED two level unit with a ground level entry. The kitchen and living room area with wood burning fireplace are on the entry level. This home has 2 bedrooms on the entry level and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms with 1 bathroom. This Home has a maximum occupancy of 10 people. The view from this home is of the golf course and the trout fishing lake. In the loft area there is a large TV, pool table, and game table. There is wireless Internet and Central air throughout the unit. Also available is a washer and dryer and Mr. coffee, coffee maker. This home has a total square footage of 2533. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets
