This home has a sofa bed on the second level, a futon in the loft, a garage, washer and dryer, a foosball table, Mr. coffee coffee maker, wireless Internet, central air. 2203 square feet. NOTE: FIREPLACE IS NOT USEABLE. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
