Cleanliness could be improved, our room bathroom had hair on the floor upon arrival. Stuff splattered on door inside room and counter. Furniture was pretty beat up and coach had a tear as well as lamp shade. Check in staff was friendly breakfast staff was not as friendly.

The bathroom ceiling had mold, the sofa bed was broken, and there was no food left at breakfast an hour before it was supposed to end. When we asked for a bagel, the response was that they were frozen, which wasn't true because when we asked for one anyway to defrost in the microwave, they weren't frozen as we had been told.
