Bungalow 'Spatzenhuus' with Private Terrace, Garden, and Wi-Fi

Located in Rubkow, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, this 60 m² bungalow welcomes up to 3 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a private, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video streaming), TV, coffee maker, underfloor heating throughout the bungalow, and a heated towel rack in the bathroom for your comfort. The house features step-free access and a barrier-free interior design.



Relax in your own garden and on a private, uncovered terrace. Two e-bikes are available for an extra fee, perfect for exploring the area and sights such as the Peenestrom or the Baltic Sea.



A shared parking space for one car is provided. One pet is welcome. Events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the bungalow.

Ruhe Pur mit schöner Privatsphäre

Pros: Immer wieder zur Auszeit die Entspannung genießen, ein Bungalow zum Wohl fühlen, abspannen und gut zu wissen die Gastgeberin bietet Körper Wellness an. Hätte ich gern vorher gewusst. Nun weiß ich es zum wiederholen Rest perfekt 👌 Sympathisch rundum alles großartig 👏

Perfekt um die Ruhe zu genießen

Pros: Die Vermieter super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Hatten viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Cons: Die Umgebung, war für mich als gehbehinderter nicht optimal. Keine Radwege , die man in Ruhe mit dem Hund fahren kann.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Das Haus war sehr modern eingerichtet inkl. Moderne Technik verbaut. Der Ort befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Auch das nachfragen, ob alles i.O ist war vorhanden undan konnte schöne Tage zum entspannen verbringen.

Ruhe und Entspannung pur

Pros: Das Haus ist mit technischer Finesse hochwertig ausgestattet und insgesamt mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat alles da, was man benötigt - hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht bis hin zu Backpapier, Küchenrolle, Spülmaschinentabs etc. in ausreichender Menge. Die Ausstattung geht weit über das in einem Ferienhaus Übliche hinaus. Wir wurden mit einem Strauß frischer Blumen und Apfelsaft von hauseigenen Äpfeln empfangen. Man fühlt sich als Gast direkt sehr willkommen. Die Terrasse mit einem schönen Blick ins Grüne ist ein echtes Highlight. Genauso das riesige und auch behindertengerecht eingerichtete Bad. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar und aufgeschlossen.
