Charmantes Haus in Strandnähe

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Betten waren bezogen, was sehr praktisch ist, Handtücher lagen bereit, wir brauchten also nur die Koffer abzustellen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine große Sonnen-Terrasse. Ein großer Sonnenschirm spendet genug Schatten. Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind in Fußnähe. Zum wunderbaren Markt in Royan ist es auch nicht weit. Ein Fahrrad stand zur Benutzung zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch war. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Excellente adresse à Royan

Villa au cachet indéniable idéalement placée tant vis à vis des plages que des commerces ainsi que du centre ville ... tout se fait à pied !! L'environnement de la maison est tres calme et l'intérieur très soigné avec une déco très sympa . Les differents echanges avec Mme Larrouy ont été très agréables et très réactifs et ses attentions fort appréciées ! Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse sud ... même en pleine canicule ... grâce au grand parasol tout juste installé ! La maison est tres bien equipee, la plancha électrique ainsi que le barbecue Weber nous ont été très utiles. Le linge de maison mis à disposition (avec du change plein les armoires) est très appréciable ... Le seul petit bémol serait sur la largeur de la descente de garage un peu juste pour une grosse voiture mais il y a des places sur la rue (en sens unique ) .

Confort et tranquillité

Nous avons passé 10 jours en Septembre dans cette maison typique de la région avec grand plaisir. Très bien équipée, rien de négatif à formuler et un accueil très sympathique. Cette maison agréable à vivre est placée dans un quartier extérieur de Royan très calme, ce qui représente un avantage certain. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location située à quelques minutes des plages et du centre ville. Un très bon plan! F. Engdahl Colombier CH

Très clair, très beau et les pieds sur la plage ou presque.

La maison s’est faite toute belle; les chambres en bas sont parfaites pour des ados; la terrasse est parfaite le soir pour dîner quand il fait plus frais dehors; la maison garde la fraîcheur et c’est un luxe inestimable aux heures chaudes. Les 7 enfants ont tous adoré et les parents ont pu se détendre.

propriétaires extrêmement aimables ++. bons couchages. maison très bien équipée, très bien placée par rapport au centre ville et a la plage. Inconvénients: escaliers avant et arrière, actuellement peu sécurisés ,mais ceci doit être changé. Cour arrière très ensoleillée ( trop!!)
