Stylish, comfortable apartment in Leamington Spa

Flat in a most impressive Georgian town residence retaining an array of period features located in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa. The package includes a double bedroom, a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. A good balance between space, style and comfort for a unique experience.

The apartment located on the third floor of the building is accessible through the main entrance and the large staircase.

Entry is direct from Dale street. Parking is available on the main street alongside the building. A visitor pass is available.

My co-host and I are living 3 minutes away from the apartment and are always available to interact with the guests almost immediately. We are also easy to contact on our respective mobiles.

The sofa in the living room is easily convertible into a single bed and provides a sleeping solution for a third guest.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Great stay

Nice property, great location, spotlessly clean, well kitted out. Very friendly owner very flexible with meeting up and very welcoming. Only downside is the main bed is a sofa bed, very bouncy, and not very comfortable, so not a great night's sleep, but we are middle aged with dodgy backs

Comfortable apartment for two

The apartment is situated in a great area, lots of shops and cafes. Very well equipped. Might be more suitable for younger travelers as it is up several flights of stairs and the last set are very steep and narrow

Everything about our stay was excellent

Everything about our stay was excellent. The apartment is 3 flights up but a gentleman met us on arrival to carry our luggage up. We cannot thank Alain for her excellent service in making sure that our stay was good. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. We were supplied with basic foods/drinks tea/coffee, milk etc. which was a nice touch. DVDs were supplied as well as Netflix. We enjoyed the apartment so much we hope to be back next year.
