We stayed 2 nights for a wedding so the hotel was chosen for us so we didn't know what to expect. It was spotless, inside and out. Our room was perfectly clean with plenty of fluffy towels. The bed was really comfy and the room was nice. A big tv, coffee and fridge. I suspect there was a microwave but I didn't look for it. The bathroom had wonderful lighting! That's always my complaint when we are travelling. The elevators and ice machine were located at the end of the halls, so there was no noise in the rooms. The employees were really friendly and helpful and the pool looked clean and inviting, even if we didn't have a chance to swim. The property is close to restaurants and almost right across the street from Walmart, in case you forget something. Loved it here.

The neighboring hotel the Innkeeper had their "patrons" at the pool. Could not use pool. Too crowded. The other hotels guest were rude and frankly questionable. To avoid conflict, we simply did not visit the pool again as the following day there were towels left on the ground and bottles, cans, and other trash there. It was just a big disappointment to have the pool and not the ability to use it. I did. It however report the issue to the staff.

Great hotel freshly renovated. We just wish the pool had been open. The pool next door at the Travelodge they had us use was crowded and not as nice and didn't provide towels. Staff provided a free crib for us and breakfast was very good

Hotel is about 20 years old, but is just completing a full renovation from top to bottom - not just a reprint and recarpet. Appeared to us that the bathroom had been totally replaced, new furniture, new bedding, etc. Nice breakfast in small area and happy staff. We stayed at a relatively new Hampton during this trip that was not nearly as nice.

The renovated rooms are great. Clean and bright. Easy to spot any issues that need attention. The pull out bins vs the old drawers is a great idea as you can easily see if there are any problems hiding. Also like the rolling ottoman vs the folding rack to put your luggage.

This hotel is going through a remodel. I would not advise staying at this hotel right now during the remodel. The staff was very nice and the front desk was great after a long day and coming back in. The rooms could of been cleaned better and the floors needed to be cleaned in the room. These rooms are newly remodeled but the cleaning staff needs to make sure that the floors are cleaner than they are.

Overall the room and service wasn't bad. The customer service was alright but once I got into my room and turned on the AC it made an extremely loud noise that continued through the night. I got in so late and had to be up so early that I didn't even bother to try and have my room switched. Not only did it make this noise but it also barely kept the room cool... Not very pleased with this to say the least.

The hotel is going through a remodel and is disgustingly dirty inside. Big mounds of drywall dust on the floor and dirty walls. Some of the staff was very friendly, others were extremely rude. Rate was high as well---$149 for a below average experience

I have stayed in Hampton Inn before and have been happy with them. However this onev was under renovation and had rafters all around it and looked like it was wrapped in sirann wrap as well. No one told us when we called about this. Could not even find the entrance which ended up being a tunnel. Depressing because the windows were wrapped and you couldn't see out. Debree being tracked in from the renovation. Staff was nice and could not control this. Even with mlitary discount we paid 126.00 before taxes. Should have been told this up front and should have gotten a better price because of renovation. Went to next town and got bigger and nicer room for 85.00 for Sat night and 90.00 for Sunday night at Fairfield Inn and Suites.

I have stayed at this hotel twice for business. The hotel staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, the rooms are quiet and very clean, the beds are comfortable. I will continue to stay at this hotel when I am in the area for business.
