In the big XIXth century house, 100% Provence style, on three floors, with more than 350 square meters (4000 square feet).
On the last floor, a terrace with panoramic sight on the land and on the Luberon mountain chain.
The surrounding tracks are the natural frontiers of the domain which several areas with different degrees of light and shadow, different kind of plants and tree, allowing everyone to enjoy the place the way he's like to.
Fences avoid any kind of unwanted trouble. Big trees around the house keep it private and give a nice feeling of safety against the sun when it's too hot
Secured swimming pool 12x6m, with trees all around to allow a nice view for the swimmers and block the view from outside.

AnfĂ€ngliche Bedenken wegen der sehr altmodisch wirkenden Bilder der Zimmer wurden schnell durch die vielen positiven Aspekte des grossen Hauses widerlegt. wir - 15 Personen und drei Generationen zwischen 7 und 74 Jahre alt - hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Das Haus erwies sich als sehr praktisch eingerichtet und alle waren zufrieden. Sehr gutes wifi, Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles funktionierte tadellos und die Sauberkeit war gut. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgerĂŒstet und vier grosse KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke sind vorhanden. Im Innenhof stehen ein Grill und ein Plancha beide mit Gas . Der Pool und das grosszĂŒgige Anwesen sind fantastisch. Einige zusĂ€tzliche LiegestĂŒhle wĂ€ren hier noch erfreulich.

Grande maison bien aménagée pour des groupes bon accueil et d'informations par le propriétaire
Belle maison de caractÚre avec une histoire bien modernisée avec de nombreuses salles de bain, grand parc et belle piscine chaude. Les équipements sont adaptés à des groupes.

Lieux disponibles à partir 17h30 le samedi mais possibilité de profiter du jardin un peu en avance.
Tres propre. Emplacement de la piscine et securisation de cette derniere remarquables.
Localisation exceptionelle.m: Acces au charmant village de Rousillion Ă pied en 5 minutes ce qui est un atout majeur.
25 euros de draps par couchage occupé à prévoir en plus du prix de la location
Un voisin habite à l'année dans la maison mitoyenne à considerer si grosse soirée prevue.

TrĂšs bel endroit, emplacement superbe.
Quelques soucis de communication, "chiens acceptés mais en fait non, puis oui, puis non...", 2h de retard pour l'entrée dans les lieux, kits de draps et de bains chers pour la qualité et la propreté.
Mais cela n'a pas empĂȘchĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour ! Le gros plus de la maison : les extĂ©rieurs vastes, calmes, ensoleillĂ©s et ombragĂ©s !

Un sejour magnifique
A deux pas du splendide village de Roussillon et du sentier des Ocres, cette maison bourgeoise pleine d'histoire et parfaitement adaptĂ©e pour un sejour entre amis avec enfants. L'intĂ©rieur est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ© avec la clim dans toutes les chambres et un tres grand nombre de toilettes et salles de bains. Tout l'Ă©quipement nĂ©cessaire est present et l'extĂ©rieur est gigantesque. Les arbres (certainement centenaires) apportent une ombre salvatrice tout au long de la journĂ©e et la piscine est grande, bien pensĂ©e et bien Ă©quilibrĂ©. Pour finir j'ai pu Ă©changer avec France et Patrick qui sont extrĂȘmement sympathiques et qui m'ont beaucoup aider dans l'organisation du sĂ©jour. J'en profite pour les en remercier encore une fois.
En résumé, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour !

Super séjour
Nous avons passé la semaine à 3 couples avec 6 enfants en bas age et 3 baby sitteurs.
La maison est super fonctionnelle, toutes les chambres sont bien climatisées et la piscine est parfaite.
Les alentours proposent de trÚs nombreuses activités pour les petits et les adultes.
Je recommande chaleureusement !

Belle demeure Ă 2 pas du village de Roussillon
Nous avons séjourné à 14 adultes dans cette grande demeure en aout 2021. Idéalement située à 800 m du centre de Roussillon et donc de tous les commerces. La maison, le jardin et la piscine sont parfaits pour accueillir une grande famille. La maison bien qu'avec une décoration trÚs rustique est propre et spacieuse. La cuisine est trÚs bien équipée et sera parfaite pour cuisiner pour une grande famille. La piscine est trÚs grande et vraiment agréable. Il existe différents espaces dans lesquels on peut s'intsaller pour manger. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
3 points toutefois Ă signaler :
- il n'y a pas la climatisation partout dans la maison. Seules les 4 chambres du 2Úme étage sont équipées
- une aile de la maison est occupée par des locataires permanent. Cette partie de la maison donne en plus sur la piscine donc les baignades le soir sont compliquées. Nous aurions aimé le savoir avant de louer ce bien.
- il n'y a ni chambre ni salle de bain au RDC

Excellent séjour dans le Lubéron
SĂ©jour pour une rĂ©union de famille Ă 15 avec enfants et adolescents. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© d'ĂȘtre dans une maison de caractĂšre avec de nombreuses chambres permettant de convenir aux besoins de chacun. Nous avons beaucoup utilisĂ© la piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able. La proximitĂ© avec les commerces de Roussillon Ă©tait trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Excellente base pour visiter Ă la demi-journĂ©e la rĂ©gion.

Les moustiques nâauront pas eu raison de notre sĂ©jour ! Parfaitement adaptĂ©e Ă notre besoin, la maison est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e et fournit tout le confort souhaitĂ©. La climatisation, la cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, les terrasses ombragĂ©es, la proximitĂ© des sites touristiques et la piscine sĂ©curisĂ©e ont Ă©tĂ© les principaux atouts pour faire de notre semaine de vacances entre amis une rĂ©ussite !
