Gîte adjoining the owners' house, located 2 steps from the Canal de la Martinière and halfway between the sea and Nantes (about 20 minutes by car).
Private terrace facing south with a view of the owners' garden. Available: outbuilding for grilling over a wood fire or barbecue, 2 sun loungers, table football and adult bike (for children on request).
Single storey: lounge/living room with sofa bed (140x190) and open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190), shower room/wc.
Equipment: refrigerator with freezer compartment, Wi-Fi access, complete baby equipment (2 travel cots, 2 high chairs, bathtub), tumble dryer shared with the owners.
Included: sheets (beds made on arrival), bathroom/household linen and electric heating.
Not included: tourist tax. Optional cleaning package, but mandatory for professional customers (€70).
Only small pets accepted (€15/night - €100 deposit).

Drive about 17 km and after the rd point (end of 2 lanes), continue for 1 km and at a place called La Croix Verte, take the C6 (1st on the right), road leading to the village of Launay at 800 m. At the crossroads, 1st house on the left.

Super accueil, hôtes très à l'écoute et extrêmement sympathiques. Le gîte est parfait pour une petite famille de 4 personnes, au calme et à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. Je recommande vivement !
