The hotel is simple, inexpensive, very clean, with very comfortable bedding, we were assigned a seaview room and it is very quiet at night. The location is great too, it is just 5-8 mins walk to the boat terminus where the boat can take us to the famous Kinderdijk!!

My partner and I booked this hotel for our 4 nights stay in Rotterdam. Having never visited Rotterdam we did not know what to expect, so after seeing good things about inntel hotels Rotterdam on the site we decided to book. On arrival the staff were lovely and gave us our room key after an easy pleasant check in and also gave us a complimentary cocktail to have at any time during our stay. With our booking we were promised a room with a bath but was given a basic room with only a shower and a city view. After going to reception to ask about this we were told we could change the room no problem. The next day we were told a room was ready for us with a harbour view which was amazing and of course a bath. This made our stay and as said before the staff were all fantastic meeting all of our needs if we ever had a problem. The breakfast was great with a large selection to suit all tastes and even champagne if you fancied it, the breakfast room was also overlooking a great view of the harbour. Overall a great hotel, great staff, great location. Would definitely use this hotel again should we visit Rotterdam in the future :-) .

The location of the hotel is very nice - next to the very beautiful Erasmus bridge, close to the central station, connected by several lines of tram and metro. It has several very modern amenities, but the best part is SPA center - clean, nice and spacious - perfect spot to take some rest. The biggest impression is politeness and professionalism of the hotel staff who always give their best to comply to every guest request. I am visiting this hotel very frequently for business and there is always a positive impression, so I highly recommend it as your hotel choice in Rotterdam.

Our room on the second floor of this stylish modern hotel looked straight onto boats and water (lovely), the Erasmus Bridge and busy roads, and we initially feared it would be noisy until we discovered the window was open. The room was well soundproofed and we slept well in the big comfy bed. The buffet breakfast was good.

Great location for business trips, especially conferences at the Rotterdam World Trade Center, or business dinners in the city. Staff is very helpful, rooms are clean and have a nice, modern style. If you want something special: Book the sauna room with great views of the bridge at night and a private sauna to relax after a busy day.

For a couple of years we stay at the Inntel Rotterdam to visit the North Sea Jazz festival. As always, we had a great room (with a view on the river), good service and a superb breakfast (including bubbles)! The metro that takes you to the festival stops almost literally at the door of the hotel, and takes you there in a few stops.

I am a regular guest of Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre hotel. Since 2015, whenever I need to come to Rotterdam (for a business visit), I never avoid the Hotel! After my fist stay, i simply fell in love. The staff is very kind and communication is a pleasure. Easygoing, but very professional receptionists are always there to explain everything that is needed. The experienced once know me from my beginnings at the Hotel, so they even don’t ask me for details about me – everything is arranged with ease and smile. The rooms are extraordinary. I have experienced two types so far – Waterfront and Panorama. These rooms are concieved to fully support the guest’s needs – big beds, nice artistic pictures and above all – cleaningness!!! While waterfront rooms give pleasure of listening to the relaxing waves of Leuvehaven, more spaceous Panorama rooms have bigger windows, lot of light and of course great view to The Kop van Zuid!

I had a city facing room when on a recent work trip - so noisy all night even though the hotel had gone to the lengths of putting in 2 sets of windows to try and keep the noise out. The decor in the room was awful - the seagull on the ceiling in particular was unsettling (pictured). The staff were very friendly and accommodating, when I checked in they put my taxi charge on my room and paid my taxi as the drivers card machine was broken, I called to complain about people hanging around in the corridor laughing and joking at 12:30am on a Wednesday night and they were very quick to come up and move them on - honestly if not for the lovely staff I'd have rated the hotel a 1 as I stayed 3 nights and got barely any sleep each night. No water in the room either which upon arrival after a delayed flight miffed be a little. Perhaps a different room on the river side of the hotel would have given a better experience - I shall never know as I will choose another hotel for future visits :(

Lot's of good things, staff are nice, views are good, great location. Breakfast also good. The negatives mostly seem to reflect some poor design choices early on. The gym is pretty much a 4mx4m glass box with a floor. Oddly, it is way too hot when the sun shines. Who would have guessed. The machines are also very neglected, with a potentially useful multi-gym ruined by having the cables stuck and bits tied on with bad knots. Repair it! Also the beds are ludicrously soft, which you may like, but I did not. They did upgrade me to an older room type with a more normal bed. Also, tiny things, but it is one of those design ideas of having 4 lamps in a room, but none emitting more than 60w each. Hence if you just want to work or have brightness, you cant. But lovely people. Just need to fix a few things.

Well, it's a business hotel, not more, not less. The room itself is ok, but in my opinion nothing special. I lacked to see some small amenities like some fruits or water. Advantage of the hotel is the proximity to Rotterdam Centraal and to restaurants as well to the city center.
