For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and flowers. Planted inner courtyard. In the house: WiFi. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, café, pub garden 15 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Figueres" 15 km, sandy beach "Roses" 20 m, diving center 3 km, swimming bay 3 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 21 km, surf school 2.9 km, sailing school 2.9 km, minigolf 60 m, sports centre 2 km, cycle lane 10 m.
