Distributed across three floors and built on a large plot of 900 m², the house takes advantage of the natural slope of the hillside to offer panoramic 180° views of the sea and surroundings. Its design includes multiple sunny terraces, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, or sharing an outdoor meal.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with their respective en-suite bathrooms, a courtesy bathroom, and the main daytime area, consisting of a fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dining room from which magnificent views can be enjoyed.
On the ground floor, we find three additional bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, and direct access to a large terrace where the infinity pool is located, a second summer kitchen style, and a barbecue area, impeccably prepared to enjoy with family or friends.
The villa, decorated with good taste, combines spaciousness, functionality, and original details that provide character and warmth. It also features satellite TV, air conditioning, and ducted heating in all rooms to ensure maximum comfort in any season of the year.

Villa mit traumhaftem Blick in Roses
Villa Lou bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht in exzellenter Lage. Der tolle Pool liegt raffiniert, so dass man in ihm das Gefühl hat im Meer zu sein. Die Villa ist groß, sauber und bietet viel Comfort. Zwei Küchen, 4 Schlafzimmer, großer Wohn- und Essbereich. Ein paar Abzüge bei dem Pool, dessen Wasser sehr kalt ist. Der Fernseher hat deutsche Programme, aber verteilt auf den Kanälen 1200 - 2000. Es dauert sehr lange diese zu finden. Die bang und olufsen Musikanlage war außer Betrieb.Nicht angeschlossen, ebenso wie der veraltete Videorekorder. Das ist nebensächlich, aber in dieser Preisklasse, sollten die Angaben stimmen. Fazit: Ein schönes Ferienobjekt für einen entspannten Urlaub.
