This bright and tastefully furnished holiday home will captivate you from the moment you step inside. Its breathtaking panoramic views stretch across the Mediterranean Sea, the beaches of the Bay of Roses, the beautiful landscape of the Alt Empordà and the majestic Pyrenees – the perfect setting to relax and unwind.

The light-filled living and dining area features large floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the stunning sea views and provide direct access to the spacious terrace. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. On this level, you will also find a double bedroom with air conditioning and a guest WC.

On the lower level, you will find two further double bedrooms with direct access to the garden and private pool. This level also includes a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, as well as a utility room with washing machine, dryer and an additional fridge-freezer.
The property also offers free Wi-Fi and private parking.

The property has been continuously upgraded over the past few years. In 2026, the kitchen was completely renovated and fitted with high-quality modern appliances. The rooftop terrace was also refurbished with new tiling.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, outside shower, several sunny terraces and a beautifully maintained garden – perfect for relaxing and making the most of the Mediterranean climate.

Das war mit Abstand das Beste was wir bisher erleben durften! Buchung, Ankunft, Einweisung, Übergabe, Betreuung… Das Haus war in einem perfekten und äußerst sauberen Zustand, alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen, eindrucksvollen und reibungslosen Urlaub benötigt. Perfekte Auszeit

Ich suchte ein Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern, Meerblick und ruhige Lage. Dieses Haus war perfekt. Gut aufgeteilt, toller Blick auf die Bucht von Roses, gute Ausstattung. Sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wer nicht immer mit dem Auto loswill sollte ein e-Bike, E-Roller oder so etwas in der Art mitbringen. Das Haus liegt 250m über dem Meer.
