Magnificent flat in Roses, 55 m2, very close to the beach and to the centre, on the last floor, it's a penthouse and can be accessed by lift, in a very quiet residence.

It has a very big balcony with beautiful open views to the mountains.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, bietet viel Stauraum und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – von einer komplett eingerichteten Küche bis hin zu einem Einkaufsroller. Besonders toll fanden wir die drei Balkone: einen fürs Frühstück, einen für gemütliche Abendessen, auf dem wir auch oft entspannt haben, und einen dritten, auf dem wir die Wäsche getrocknet haben. Die Waschmaschine war praktisch, und die Wäsche trocknete dort im Handumdrehen.Die Lage ist top – nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand, viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars direkt in der Nähe. Für uns war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub.

Location très bien située et agréable avec balcon tout autour de la location, plage et commerce entre 150 et 200 mètre. Quel dommage qu'il n'y a pas une place de parking privée à ce prix, c'est vraiment la galère de trouver une place de parking.
